Q: If I special order my furniture how long does it take to receive my merchandise?
A: Normally as little as 2-3 weeks. Please feel free to call your sales associate each Wednesday after 2:00 pm to check the status of your order. This is the time we receive our shipment schedule for the following week. When we have a ship date, we will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
